Introduction to Diploma in Computer Networking (DCN)

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: 

Diploma in Computer Networking (DCN) has been introduce in 2006 and fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). This course provides the skills to build and manage network systems in a demanding computer network environment today. Emphasis is placed on practical skills using hands on approach,including an industry based work placement. 

PROGRAM DURATION: 2 years

• Introduction in Networking 
• Client and Server Networking 
• Introduction of Programming using (C#) 
• Fundamental of UNIX 
• Routing Technology 
• Voice and Data Cabling 
• Switching Technologies 
• Security 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: 

Pass SPM / equivalent with 3 credits:

• Bahasa Melayu 
• Mathematic
• Another Subject

Pass English (with at least D)
